What is OMX?
Owner Manager Exchange (OMX) is an annual alumni program designed for past participants of the Owner Manager Program who want to be challenged and re-energised in true OMP style.
Each year, we adapt the content to ensure it reflects
market changes and business trends and provides an annual opportunity to reflect and re-energise you.
Besides new content, returning participants tell us they come back for the interaction with old and new associates and the interactive ‘exchange’ of information and ideas.
Objectives of OMX
OMX is a 3-day residential program with the
following objectives:
- Help you step out and reflect on key aspects of your business
- Challenge you on key in-depth topics and their application to your business.
- Utilise the OMP network to challenge thinking and access the collective experience of the facilitators and other business owners.
- Enhance your personal motivation and wellbeing
with guest speakers and reflective exercises. - Hold you accountable to your future plans for Growth, Exit and Succession.

I value the escape. It allows me to remove myself from the revolving door that is my office. These events allow ideas to flow that usually stay bottled up because I can’t get the headspace to open the bottle.”
