The Owners Intensive is a practical 1.5-day experience for established private business owners who want to spend less time working in the business and more time thinking about where it’s going.
You’ll learn from experienced facilitators and other business owners, explore the key drivers of business performance and value, and apply the thinking directly to your own situation.

Is this a condensed version of the OMP?
No. The Owners Intensive is designed to stand on its own as a valuable experience. You’ll get practical insight, challenge and a clear action plan to take back into your business.
For owners who want to go deeper, the Intensive also provides a natural introduction to the Owner Manager Program and the way we work.
Do I need to be considering the OMP to attend?
No. You should attend because you want to get greater clarity around your business and what needs to happen next.
If, after the Intensive, you decide you want to go deeper, you can explore the Owner Manager Program with the MYMAX team.
What does 'Intensive' mean?
Focused, practical and immersive — not exhausting. The program is designed around discussion, application and working directly on your business.
Will I be with other business owners?
Yes. The room will be intentionally kept to around 12-20 owners, with participants selected to create a strong peer environment and minimise conflicts between directly competing businesses.
Why is it residential?
Because the conversations don’t stop when the sessions finish.
Drinks and dinner provide the opportunity to continue talking with other owners, compare experiences and build relationships in a more relaxed environment.
The residential format is an important part of creating the openness and connection that makes the experience work.
How much time will I spend away from my business?
Day One runs from approximately 10.00am to 5.30pm, followed by drinks and dinner.
Day Two runs from 8.00am through to lunch, so you’ll be back in the business by the afternoon.
What if I decide to do the OMP afterwards?
The full $2,450 + GST OMP Intensive fee will be credited against your Owner Manager Program enrolment.
So if you decide the OMP is the right next step, your Intensive investment comes off the cost of the program.
