Growing out of work completed at the University of Queensland Business School and The Icehouse (International Centre for Entrepreneurship, NZ), MYMAX has helped hundreds of private business owners and senior leaders over the past two decades. What is the OMP?

The Owner Manager Program is a practical, immersive, peer-based program built specifically for the owners of mid-sized private businesses. Structured as three days per month over five months, it creates the space for owners to step away from the day-to-day, gain clarity, and develop the skills and strategies needed to push their business forward.

Led by experienced facilitators and specialist speakers, the program covers strategy, leadership, financial acumen, people and culture, and business value — all within a cohort of like-minded owners from diverse industries who share common challenges.

Leadership Development Program

A leadership program tailored for senior managers and small business owners to develop practical skills for leading and growing privately-owned businesses.

What is the LDP?

The Leadership Development Program is a unique residential course designed to empower senior managers and small business owners to drive business growth. Delivered across two 3-day residential workshops over two months, plus a 1-day implementation day, the program combines small group sessions, one-on-one discussions, case studies, real-world tools, and a company-based business improvement project.

Unlike corporate leadership programs, the LDP is built specifically for the realities of private business — practical, broad, and designed to be immediately applicable.
