OM Leadership Program [Completed]
Owner Manager Leadership Program places finalised for the kicking off on 1st April 2019 in Queensland.
This unique leadership program was crafted in response to demand from business owners. They were looking for some way to develop the skills and capabilities of their senior leadership teams. Participants are under the guidance of lead facilitator Mandy Johnson for a period of 3 months. They are challenged to learn new models, broaden and practice their business skills and build networks of like-minded individuals from a range of industries.
A core requirement of the OM Leadership Program requires all participants to complete a project in consultation with the business owner that will deliver real value to the business.
