A big congratulations to Nick Thompson (OMP’15) and the team at Paradigm Foods on ICON Wagyu taking out the top honour at the 2025 Royal Queensland Awards! Named Grand Champion Branded Beef of Show, ICON was also awarded Gold in the highly competitive Wagyu Marble Score 7+ class.
Produced in Queensland using premium Japanese genetics, ICON continues to set the benchmark in marbling and eating quality. This is the second Grand Champion title in three years for Paradigm Foods, a testament to the consistent excellence of their producers, partners, and team.
